ROLE SUMMARY

EXPANDYA is launching a premier e-commerce site in Ecuador, and as E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance for your e-commerce team. You will oversee general operations including end-to-end supply chain management from the warehouse to the customer. You will be responsible for optimizing efficiencies and implementing new systems and work processes where necessary to drive your team’s leads and sales while ensuring positive online customer experiences.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce services, operations and budgets.
  • Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy to build engagement and drive sales.
  • Evaluate and develop the product portfolio.
  • Demand and inventory forecasting and management.
  • Manage internal reports across warehouse, sales, marketing and customer service.
  • Maintain external relationships with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in hiring processes for E-Commerce Operations Leads and Associates.
  • Exemplify the company core values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce CRM platforms and Supply Chain Management.
  • 4-year degree in Business, Supply Chain Management and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to learn cross-functional areas of the business within regional and global teams.
  • Flexibility to adjust and work across different time zones and global teams.
  • Import-export regulatory experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of logistics systems.
  • Experience in end-to-end process management.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of productivity tools.
  • Spanish or Portuguese and World Languages interest is a plus.
