ROLE SUMMARY
EXPANDYA Online is looking for an experienced and skilled Product Manager to join its Global AdTech team. This team is responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining
third-party platforms that fulfill global marketing technology and strategy needs. As a Product Manager for Global AdTech, you'll be part of the Online Product Management
organization within the Digital Technology & Experience Team (DTX). You'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Infrastructure teams within DTX, as well as external stakeholders
in Enterprise Data, Marketing, and commercial teams across regions and affiliates, to oversee and support the technology stack for Paid, Owned, and Earned Marketing initiatives. This
role requires effective cross-functional collaboration with highly skilled teams and a strong ability to prioritize.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Create and execute lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels, such as social media, search engines, and email marketing.
- Create and convey a product vision and roadmap centered on automated lead generation solutions, with a focus on API integration.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that development efforts align with business goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through validation, delivery, and post-release analysis.
- Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and outline feature requirements based on a thorough understanding of the business objectives and needs.
- Overcome obstacles to sustain product momentum.
- Proactively assess the impact of the product with regional brand teams and offer support for product adoption.
- Ensure responsibility for maintaining the ongoing operational integrity of the product.
- Develop and manage both internal and external product documentation.
- Work closely and establish strong partnerships with the Engineering, Analytics & Insights, Product Marketing, and Brand Experience teams.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration with the company's external partners, including media agencies, media platform representatives, and sampling partners.
- Foster ongoing improvement and innovation by utilizing industry best practices and emerging technologies to scale the product.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and lead generation, ideally within the beauty or wellness sector.
- In-depth understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Skilled in utilizing social media platforms and search engines for generating leads.
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
- A solid grasp of how to establish OKRs/KPIs and monitor progress toward achieving specific metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in using Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft 365, and Miro.
SKILLS PREFERRED
- Familiarity with eCommerce products, platforms, and technologies.
- Proven experience collaborating with distributed agile teams.
- Familiarity with lead ads and custom integrations using Webhooks.
- Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, and Google Ads.
- Experience with DataDog and Looker dashboards.
- Certifications in Agile.
