ROLE SUMMARY
Expandya is looking for a CMS Administrator to join our team. You’ll be a unique team member who spends much of your time helping manage, create
and edit web content. You’ll support the team to implement new features by using drupal management.
The CMS Administrator helps fix any issues related to the content management system in partnership with other teams. The CMS Administrator
will be able to manage content libraries, images, text and any other web content for several e-commerce sites. CMS Administrators work closely
with Scrum Masters, Operation Managers, Release Train Engineer, Delivery Teams and Supporting Teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Work closely with the assigned team and web developers to collaborate on new implementations that require web content management.
- Manage, create and edit web content for different brands and locales.
- Manage audiovisual content in drupal templates.
- Create web components using drupal templates.
- Localize or migrate new content and features between different brands and locales.
- Fix issues that arise due to incorrect use of drupal templates.
- Attend daily stand ups or meet with teams as needed to report back the work done.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
- English: advanced, written and spoken; please note that English is a MUST.
- Extremely strong organizational skills, it is critical to pay attention to detail.
- 2+ years of Business Administration.
- Have relevant experience in content management.
- Have experience in using project management tools, ex: Jira, Confluence, Slack.
- Highly collaborative, team player with proactive, positive and strong conflict resolution skills.
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness.
- Experience in working in a fast paced and high stakes/time-sensitive environment.
- Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong work ethic to help teams meet commitments.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and a proven ability to work in a team based environment.
- Moderate technical domain proficiency.
- Communicate clearly, professionally with teams.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
- Solid understanding of eCommerce and demonstrated interest and experience in Drupal, or other content management platforms such as Wordpress, Joomla.
- Solid understanding of CMS management tools.
- Ability to participate in product planning sessions.
